Together we are at the forefront of technology and innovation in financial services and we invite What we are looking for: The COS Operations Manager oversees the end-to-end process execution of the COS Operations team. As the manager you will lead the team through delegation, training, coaching, and direction as needed. The COS Operations manager works closely with upper management to provide updates and reporting as well as coordinates with other internal departments to produce solutions essential to the overall success of the Bank. The COS Operations Manager is responsible for the performance of their team and must work to ensure their team is always prepared for any situation that may occur. This position requires an astute knowledge of Operational processes with the ability to recognize situations that call for further investigation while keeping all parties informed. The ideal candidate will have a depth of knowledge in Core processing along with Operations controls and the rules and regulations that guide the Operational area. Responsibilities: Analyze existing processes to develop strategies, procedures and/or policies to maximize team efficiency. Conducting work stream-level reviews and analysis to proactively identify requiredtechnical tasks/actions, issues, and risks. Manage workflows, cross-departmental engagements, and special projects which may involve coordination with other departments such as compliance, accounting, and lending. Provide training to staff on all operational processes and Bank initiatives. Monitor the team’s performance and provide coaching as needed to maintain consistent team engagement. Develop action plans, conduct team member evaluations, and provide career pathguidance to each team member. Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities are completed in a timely manner. Act as a liaison with the Operation’s Coordinators to implement bank initiatives and tasks across Operations. Own, manage and lead all strategic business operations including the development and adoption of best practices, policies, and procedures. Maintain and oversee BaaS Onboarding and Operational support. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. Qualifications: 3 to 7 years in a banking manager/supervisor role. Ability to work across levels of management and to effectively lead teams. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Ability to work effectively while multi-tasking in a high-volume environment. High attention to detail. Exemplary organizational, analytical and communication skills. Excellent PC skills. Project management capabilities. Self-educator with the ability to apply knowledge obtained.
