Responsibilities: Lead Product management for Cross River’s consumer unsecured installment lending platform, from discovery through implementation Develop and maintain the consumer lending product strategy focused on product vision, market positioning and investment thesis. Explore new industry segments, continuously develop and analyze business models and pricing, and design new solutions to support different customer segments Create metrics to track progress towards product objectives, and to measure the health of the business Produce insights, analyses and recommendations to improve performance, boost growth, and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the verticals and segments Leverage market research, internal data, client feedback, and customer insights to develop new product features and enhancements that increase the attractiveness and utility of the product for our platform partners Own the product roadmap for all consumer unsecured installment products Work closely with relationship managers to identify and resolve issues related to product deployment and optimization Work closely with business teams and functional areas including Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology to establish the program procedures and internal operating principles Closely collaborate with Technology to gather requirements from business and functional teams, and ensure product enhancements are released in a timely manner Coordinate the delivery of content and document libraries including policies, compliance guides, marketing materials and external facing materials Assist in the development of customer and partner-facing presentations and associated materials Optimize new client delivery and onboarding processes based on feedback from relationship managers Develop an ecosystem of vendors to enable the delivery of suite of services required for consumer lending activity Train and mentor junior product managers and lead by example Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in product management with expertise in consumer unsecured instalment lending products Demonstrated success implementing digital lending products, including end to end platform solutions Deep expertise in the implementation, management and operational management of product portfolios and integrations with vendor solutions Experience in product design, testing, and gathering analytics to turn data into actionable insights Experience in regulated financial services industries, FinTech, or retail banking preferred Operating with engineering teams in LEAN/Agile environment #LI-TP1 Cross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
