What we’re looking for We are looking for a Product Implementation Manager to join our Product Implementation Team. As Product Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Cross River strategic products are delivered with quality, on time, and on budget in partnership with Product Managers. You will also support the Product Managers to deliver on key initiatives throughout the entire product development lifecycle. The Product Implementation Team sits within the Strategy Organization under the Chief Strategy Officer. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead dialogue with Product Managers to define implementation scope, key milestones, dates, resources, and documentation requirements as part of product initiation phase Develop a project plan tailored to the complex and dynamic needs of the product implementation Execute and lead strategic product implementations from product initiation to go-live Facilitate key meetings, including kick-offs, working groups, check-ins, go-live readiness, rollouts, etc. with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution across project teams Drive accountability and escalate to senior management as needed; develop risk mitigation plans when identified Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that development and operational readiness requirements are understood and implemented Provide transparency to key business stakeholders and product organization by communicating status updates on implementation progress, and new features and enhancements. Help coordinate client-facing documentation, including demos and training sessions, in partnership with Product Managers and Product Commercialization. Drive ongoing product activities in close partnership with Product Managers, including product documentation, release management, internal and external communications, product performance tracking to identify areas for scalability. Qualifications: Experience in Financial Services or Fintech 5+ years’ experience working in product operations or a product/project management role Desire and ability to work independently with minimal direction. Takes ownership to drive product implementations from initiation to launch Excellent relationship management skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on mentality, integrity, and reliability Experience managing cross functional business projects Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies Demonstrated experience documenting process flows Experience with product/project systems such as Monday.com, Confluence, Jira.
