What we are looking for

Crypto Lending is an innovative product that allows exchanges, asset managers, fintech apps, etc. to borrow capital against their crypto holdings. Crypto holders are currently underserved as very few regulated entities accept crypto assets as collateral. We think it’s our mission to bridge this gap and we want to do so by building back and front end products for our borrowers.

The ideal candidate has financial product experience and a passion for innovation. You will be at the forefront of field development in delivering our crypto products, working closely with our capital markets team on business-driven development.

You will join an exciting, newly formed, crypto team that deeply cares about growing with people who question assumptions, have strong judgement, execute fast, take ownership, act responsibly, help the team advance and improve its standards.

You will:

  • Build both back-end and front-end stack from the ground up: you will build the underlying mechanism that regulates the loan LTV and manages funds
  • Build APIs that expose these logics both internally and externally
  • Build front-end tools on top of our APIs that our clients will use to request a new loan, open a new wallet, transfer funds, etc.



  • Develop products and features for our new crypto offering
  • Work closely with our Product and Design teams to define feature specifications
  • Define and build products for internal and external business customers
  • Set directions and goals for the team regarding project impact, product quality, and engineering efficiency
  • Facilitate new team members onboarding and provide mentorship


Minimum qualifications

  • 3+ years developing web and/or native applications with a client framework (React, Angular, Vue etc.)
  • 3+ years developing backed REST services using NodeJS, GoLang, Python or Java
  • Understanding of distributed cloud and microservices architecture
  • Understanding of JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript
  • Deep understanding of modern security best practices
  • Experience with GCP/AWS - specifically Cloud Computing, API Gateways, Serverless Computing, Load Balancing etc.
  • Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) and SQL (Postgres, MySQL)
  • Ability to breakdown and articulate solutions to complex problems
  • Knack for writing clean, readable, maintainable, and reusable code
  • Desire to be involved in product definition
  • Natural Problem Solver
  • Strong sense of urgency in a professional setting


  • Experience building Margin/Lending products before
  • Experience building business products in fintech or crypto
  • Experience building and managing a team

Salary range

Annual salary: $150k-200k
