About Pine: Our mission at Pine is to build and facilitate the adoption of technology that will bring the $4.5 trillion asset-backed financing industry on-chain. The Pine protocol is a decentralized two-sided NFT-backed loan protocol and since our BETA launch this year, we have facilitated just under 2,000 ETH in loan transactions. Backed by top tier investors, the Pine team comes from diverse backgrounds in blockchain engineering, quantitative trading and management consulting. Role: We are in search of an exceptional growth hacker who will help us with scaling up the size of our community and driving further adoption of the Pine Protocol. We would prefer someone who has experience and track record in NFT and web3 growth hacking, as well as a solid foundation in traditional marketing. Candidates with proven track record will be considered for the CMO role and will oversee all marketing operations. The CMO will develop successful, next-level marketing strategies and work with and grow the marketing team to scale up the growth effort. Responsibilities: Improving on and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan for both our product and upcoming TGE Set and manage a sizable marketing budget Design and run effective marketing campaigns to grow the community size and brand awareness Regular and ongoing engagement with communities of other projects, especially in the NFT and NFTfi space Keeping on top of the wider NFT market scene, understanding the latest trends Investigating and exploring partnership opportunities Working with influencers to expand audience and widen our reach Requirements: Deep experience setting marketing and go-to-market strategies, ideally in crypto Exceptional storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills Experience in Web 3 growth hacking on social media platforms (e.g. Crypto Twitter) and running campaigns to grow and engage the crypto and NFT communities Outside of the box thinker with meticulous attention to detail A very high degree of familiarity with the ethereum ecosystem and other projects within the space, in particular the NFT space Extremely proactive: an ability to take the initiative and create and implement a plan without instruction or guidance Genuinely interested in NFTs (prefer candidates who actually buys and holds NFTs) Professional DeFi growth marketing experience (preferable, not essential) Compensation: USDC 75K - 150K with tokens upside
